Dr. Moffett obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tulsa where he was named top senior biology student. After graduating with honors he attended medical school at the University of Oklahoma. There, he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society during his third year, an honor only given to seven of one hundred fifty students. Along with just ten other graduates, his M.D. degree was granted with outstanding distinction. Dr. Moffett then completed a one year general surgery internship at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas followed by four years of orthopaedic surgery residency at the Boston Medical Center in Massachusetts. Dr. Moffett is an orthopedic surgeon certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeon with interests in joint replacement, sports medicine and trauma. He also donates his time as team physician to two local high school football teams.
