What should I wear for a massage?

Generally, you will be asked to undress to your comfort level. The therapist will leave the room for you to undress and will knock prior to re-entering the room. During a Swedish massage, you will be draped at all times so it is entirely up to you. It is best if women will remove their bras simple so the entire back can be massaged. Underwear can either be worn or removed. If this area is worked on, it will be generally done through the sheet.

During a medical massage, the above statement is still true, however due to some of the areas of work it is recommended that you wear a sports bra and either underwear or shorts. This is done so that you will feel more secure during the session.
