I've worn the gel inserts for just about two months now and what a difference they have made. Before the use of these inserts, my toes were so painful with each step I took; I could hardly walk. It limited my shopping and doing household chores. I can't believe how these gel inserts have changed my life. It's nice to be able to walk and not have your toes be so painful with each step.
