Dr. Fuller joined North Texas Orthopedics & Spine Center in 2019. He is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee reconstruction and replacement with additional experience in orthopedic sports medicine and trauma.
Dr. Fuller is an Eagle Scout who was granted pre-admission to the University of Missouri School of Medicine by selection as a Conley Scholar. He was an Academic All-American football player for the University of Missouri and graduated summa cum laude with a degree in nutrition and fitness. He then graduated summa cum laude from the University of Missouri School of Medicine and was selected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
Dr. Fuller commissioned as an officer in the United States Army and went on to complete his surgical internship and orthopedic residency at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. His military career continued at Fort Carson, Colorado, where he provided orthopedic surgical care to the Army’s World Class Athlete Program, 10th Special Forces Group, and 4th Infantry Division. He was deployed to Afghanistan with the 126th Forward Surgical Team in 2014 – 2015 and again to Syria with the 274th Forward Surgical Team in 2017. Decorations for his service include a Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medals, and Army Achievement Medals.
Upon completion of his military service, Dr. Fuller’s surgical training continued with a fellowship in adult reconstruction and joint replacement at Rush University Medical Center. He was privileged to train under world-renowned surgeons who have pioneered minimally invasive techniques, unicompartmental knee arthroplasty, outpatient surgery, and complex revision arthroplasty at one of the five best orthopedic hospitals in the United States. Additionally, he was selected for The Hip Society-British Hip Society 2019 Traveling Fellowship and spent several weeks in Great Britain learning from European experts in arthroplasty.
Dr. Fuller is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, and the Society of Military Orthopaedic Surgeons.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Tasha, and son, Warren.
