Tate Hayes, P.A.-C.

Tate is a native Texan who grew up in Sweetwater, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in nutritional sciences from Texas A&M University in College Station, where he also worked as a scribe in a local ER. He then went on to receive his Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. Tate has worked in orthopedics since graduating from PA school in upper extremity and orthopedic trauma. He is board-certified by the NCCPA and is a member of Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery (PAOS). Tate works alongside Dr. Kristen Fleager at the Grapevine and Keller/Alliance locations.

Tate currently resides in Trophy Club with his wife and their dog. He is an active member in his church and enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and yelling loud for his Fightin’ Texas Aggies.
