Dayna Nesbit, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner with a strong foundation in both hospital-based care and community health. She brings over a decade of hands-on healthcare experience, having served in roles ranging from EKG technician to house supervisor at Texoma Medical Center. Her clinical background spans behavioral health, medical-surgical care, and nursing leadership.
Dayna earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington with a focus on the Family Nurse Practitioner track. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, an Associate Degree in Nursing from Grayson College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Texas Tech University. She is fluent in Spanish and conversational in German, which enhances her ability to connect with diverse patient populations.
A recipient of the Daisy Award for extraordinary patient care, Dayna is known for her compassionate approach and dedication to improving patient outcomes. She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and maintains active memberships in the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Association, and the Texas Nurses Association.
Outside of work, Dayna is involved in local PTA organizations and enjoys gardening, reading, and practicing Taekwondo.
