  • “I located Dr. Stehly, known for his skill in repairs from a sports injury. I had an MRI from the previous doctor that identified my need for surgery. Upon my Evaluation and his review of my medical records that I had provided he wasted no time in scheduling my surgery, The operation was explained to me very thoroughly. All of my questions answered — a very smooth transition process through the facility, staff, and in the surgery. Now, I am going through the rehabilitation process, and it is going perfect, I would recommend Dr. Stehly and would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to him and all of his staff for the excellent care that they have provided me.”

I was so impressed by this, and while we practice and live with a spirit of service in our organization I enjoyed the idea of presenting customers a message and way to communicate to us instead of merely believing they would contact us. The process was less complicated, and the staff were very professional and met all my wants and needs. The Doctors and nurses were extremely kind and answered all my questions that I asked. The facility was Class “A” in every area. I would not only recommend the Grapevine Facility, but I would also support all the staff of Doctors and nurses as being the best in the area.”
