“Dr. Stehly first diagnosed me with a frozen shoulder and gave me excellent care (manipulation under anesthesia) after no other treatments worked. He later did a rotator cuff repair with shaving of bone spurs along with removing a hook on my acromion. I had been in pain for years and now I have been pain-free since 2010. I had the surgery last March 18th, 2015, and as of this year, I can say my shoulder is back to 80% of its use of 20 years ago. It is 100% better than what it was just before surgery.
