“I can't say enough about the great experience I had with Dr. Williams - from the very first visit through surgery; he was open, friendly, engaging and helpful in me being able to make the appropriate decision for myself. I needed a knee replacement but was debating whether to go ahead or wait until I was back from a planned trip at the end of April to Europe. He spent real time talking through options with me. I had the surgery and will be far enough along with recovery to have a great trip starting the end of April. It was the right decision to go ahead. Also, all of the staff and support people that Dr. Williams has surrounded him were excellent.”

“Dr. Moffett had reviewed my x-rays before entering the exam room and came in to examine my knee. He was thorough and explained what he was doing as he checked my range of motion and other concerns. We wound up getting a cortisone injection which I had to ask if he finished. It was painless! He did an excellent job! I got a Mobic prescription, and I was on my way. Dr. Moffett was very personable and explained my knee situation to me in laymen's terms. I am glad that I chose Dr. Moffett!”

“I am sorry, but your staff is very much a part of your services. If you have three people that are supposed to check people out, by 2:30 pm all should be back from lunch. It took me over 25 minutes to check Cleora standing in a long line because only one check out a person was available. She said it was due to lunch. One person should go at 11:30 leaving two behind. 12:30 one should go leaving two behind, 1:30 one should go leaving two behind. It took me 3 hours off of work for a 45 minute office visit. Insane. You should have an office manager as good as your doctors.”
