Emma Jones, APRN

BIOGRAPHY

Emma Jones is an experienced critical care nurse with over 10 years of ICU experience and a focused clinical background in surgical and medical management. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Texas Woman’s University to become a certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP). 

Throughout her nursing career, Emma has cared for a wide range of complex patients, including those recovering from liver and kidney transplants, thoracic procedures, abdominal surgeries, and advanced cardiac conditions. She has completed over 800 hours of advanced clinical training in surgical ICU, trauma surgery, thoracic surgery, neurosurgery, and advanced heart failure care. 

Emma has a strong foundation in managing post-operative patients and providing critical care services such as mechanical ventilation, central and arterial line management, cardiac monitoring, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). She has also served as a charge nurse and preceptor, helping orient new staff and enhance patient care delivery. 

She is certified in Critical Care (CCRN), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS), and is a licensed registered nurse with the Texas Board of Nursing. Emma is committed to delivering safe, evidence-based care and supporting patients through every stage of recovery. 

Emma is married and has two children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
