/ Our Pain Management Center Can Help You

At North Texas Orthopedics & Spine Center, our Pain Management Center is built upon the experiences, education, and expertise of our pain management experts. It is designed to provide our patients with not only exceptional medical care but also information on the available treatments, medications, and procedures our specialists use to treat pain problems.

When you visit one of our physicians at our Pain Management Center, you can rest assured that you are receiving the highest level of specialized care. Our pain management experts are dedicated to offering the latest evidence-based treatments and procedures and provide our patients with advanced medical care.

To provide an accurate diagnosis of your acute or chronic pain, our doctors will perform an evaluation and ask questions about the pain you are experiencing. Our doctors may also order diagnostic tests, such as X-rays or electrodiagnosis, to help determine what is causing your acute or chronic pain. Once the cause of your pain has been determined, our physicians will work together to formulate an individualized treatment plan that utilizes nonsurgical treatment options to treat or manage your medical problem. These treatments may include physical therapy, anti-inflammatory medication, pain medication, or an additional type of pain management or therapy.

If you are suffering from chronic pain or a different pain problem, our physicians are some of the most highly skilled pain management doctors and offer a broad range of pain management treatments. This includes the following treatments and procedures:

  • Celiac plexus block
  • Dorsal root ganglion stimulation
  • Epidural steroid injections
  • Facet injections
  • Fluoroscopically guided spinal injections
  • Platelet-rich plasma injection
  • Radiofrequency ablations
  • Sacroiliac joint injection
  • Spinal cord stimulation
  • Sympathetic block

If nonsurgical treatment options are ineffective at providing pain relief or your pain worsens, our pain management specialists will refer you to one of our orthopedic surgeons who will work with you to develop a surgical treatment plan that is right for you.
