/ Our Spine Center Can Help You

At North Texas Orthopedics & Spine Center, our Spine Center is designed to provide our spinal patients with exceptional spine care and comprehensive education on spine-related injuries, treatments, and surgeries.

When you are seen by either our back doctor or one of our pain doctors, you can rest assured that you are receiving the highest level of specialized spinal care. Our doctors are dedicated to staying up to date on the latest evidence-based treatment options and are always actively continuing their education.

To provide an accurate diagnosis of your back injury or condition, our doctors will perform an evaluation. They may also order diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, to help them determine the cause of your back pain. Once the cause of your back pain has been diagnosed, our back doctor and pain doctors will work together to develop an individualized treatment plan that utilizes nonsurgical treatment options first instead of recommending surgery. These treatments may include physical therapy, spinal cord stimulation, or injections, such as a lumbar epidural steroid injection.

If the conservative treatment options are ineffective at providing relief for your back pain, our orthopedic surgeon specializing in spine surgery will develop a surgical plan that is right for you and your back condition or injury.

Our spine surgeon is one of the most highly skilled surgeons and offers a broad range of spine surgeries. This includes the following surgeries and procedures:

  • Artificial disc replacement
  • Corpectomy
  • Deformity correction surgery
  • Discography
  • Intracept® procedure
  • Laminectomy
  • Lumbar spinal fusion
  • Minimally invasive spine surgery
  • Transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF)
